Beyond is a pre-launch project to build a network of tech-enabled performance and longevity clubs. The Site is an informational page and a founding-member reservation funnel. You may register your interest in a future club by choosing a city and a membership tier and providing your name and email.
Reserving interest is not a purchase. A reservation is a non-binding expression of interest only. It does not create any contract, membership, or entitlement, does not reserve any specific spot, unit, or price, and does not obligate you or us to anything. We may change, pause, or discontinue the project, any city, or any planned feature at any time.
2. No payment, no purchase
Nothing is sold on the Site. We do not take payment, deposits, or fees, and we do not display prices on the public Site. You will never be charged for reserving interest.
3. Not an offer or solicitation of securities
The Site, its content, and any reservation of interest are for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment, membership interest, or financial instrument, in any jurisdiction, and nothing on the Site should be relied upon in connection with any investment decision. Any future investment opportunity, if one is ever made available, would be offered only through separate definitive documentation, to eligible persons, and in compliance with applicable law. Reserving interest through the Site gives you no investment right and no priority in any future offering.
4. Forward-looking and illustrative content
The clubs described on the Site do not yet exist. Renderings, cities, amenities, timelines, roster references, and other descriptions are forward-looking, aspirational, and illustrative plans, not commitments or guarantees. Actual clubs, locations, features, and timing may differ materially or may not come to exist at all. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date shown and we undertake no obligation to update them.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to reserve interest. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to: submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authority; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the Site; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to anyone who misuses the Site.

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the “Beyond” name and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any plan, city, or feature described will be realised.
9. Limitation of liability
